Scope:

This Request for Proposal (RFP) shall cover the procurement of a licensed contractor to construct a house as designed by Alliance Architecture. The design consists of a single-level house with 6 bedrooms and 6 ADA-compliant ensuite bathrooms. The building will be constructed as “solar-ready” and will include a full-house backup generator. The house will include sprinklers meeting the IBC and NFPA standards for Group R2 classification.
