Forest to Fork: Identifying & Enjoying Edible Mushrooms
Cooking, Nature Studies
November 16-18, 2012 (Weekend)
Instructor: Russell Cutts
Tuition: $320.00
Learn the basics of mushroom identification, as well as harvesting (on short walks), processing, storage, and use. A focus on the many safe & easy mushrooms shows how fun wildcrafting can be. We will also cover the seriously dangerous species. Cooking, preserving, and some discussion of cultivation will round out the class. Everyone is welcome.
