This year’s auction will be hosted on Givebutter, a new fundraising platform for the Folk School that offers a streamlined, user-friendly bidding experience. Givebutter allows participants to easily browse items, place bids, receive updates and support the Folk School from any device.

Once you’ve completed these steps, you’re ready to start bidding on our selection of items! Here are a few things to keep in mind:

• Bidding will not open until  March 2.
• Carefully review the item descriptions, images, and any additional details provided to make an informed decision.
• Set a maximum bid amount that you’re comfortable with, as our system will automatically place bids on your behalf up to that limit.
• Be sure to check your email or cell phone for outbid notifications.
• Keep an eye on the auction end time, as the highest bidder at the closing moment will secure the item.
• Remember that successful bidding is binding, so please ensure your bids are genuine and accurate.
