Instructor: Carla Owen
Tuition: $568.00
Authentic hearth bread, crusty sourdough, and sandwich bread that slices easily can all be made in home kitchens with the secrets revealed in this class. Add luscious soups, from ultra-light to extra hearty, and you have a perfect meal. We’ll use seasonal vegetables and herbs, along with time-proven techniques, to produce healthful meals adapted to today’s kitchens and lifestyles. All levels welcome.
