A Family Tradition in Clay
Clay
November 1-7, 2009
Instructors: John E. Dodson, Brad Dodson
Tuition: $512.00
Explore pottery making with a family who has been creating together since the 1970s. Begin with handbuilding to discover its many possibilities. Next, it's on to the potter's wheel to practice centering the clay and creating elemental forms from cylinder to mugs and bowls. You can then concentrate on your favorite technique, combine them...it's up to you. We'll also glaze and fire work. Beginning to intermediate students, join us for a unique opportunity.
