Fall Festival is still on! Celebrate with us on October 3 and 4, 2026!

The image features animals playing instruments, pumpkins, and the text "John C. Campbell Folk School 50th Annual Fall Festival."

A little rain won’t stop us; the 50th annual Fall Festival is here, set for Oct. 3 and 4. We have an amazing weekend planned with 230 artisan booths, 25 food vendors, and 50+ demonstrators, plus music and dance performances across multiple stages.

We’ve been monitoring the forecast and look forward to hosting our signature event with a few adjustments:

  • Moving Unique Offerings craft demonstrations to Davidson Hall Music Studio
  • All other demonstration areas will remain the same
  • Moving Sunday’s Shady Grove music and dance performances to Keith House Community Room
  • Other changes may be necessary based on conditions; signage and gate volunteers will share any last-minute schedule adjustments.

Parking entrances and exits have been reinforced with gravel, and parking attendants will be mindful of avoiding low-lying or potentially hazardous areas. As a reminder, Little Brasstown Baptist Church will be providing shuttle service on Saturday only.

If we determine that weather conditions will affect the safety of our guests, vendors, volunteers, and staff, we have identified multiple severe weather shelter locations throughout campus. Maps will be posted at the gates, info booths, and other locations across campus. As always, Cherokee County EMS will be on campus, and additional public safety personnel and volunteers will also be on site.

We can’t wait to see you this weekend in Brasstown!

Do I get a free booth at Fall Festival because I am a non profit?

All vendors selling items or services for profit or fundraising must pay the designated booth fee for Fall Festival in the area where they are assigned. This includes individuals, organizations, and nonprofits.

Informational-only booths (with no sales or solicitations) may be eligible for a fee waiver, subject to approval.

The festival can be challenging for pets because of the crowds and the heat.
