Bob Taylor began blacksmithing in 1985, and coppersmithing became a focus 10 years later. His work is now held in private collections across the U.S. and abroad. Bob has taught classes in AL and TN, and has demonstrated at the Alabama Forge Council Conference and local chapter meetings. He has been editor of the Alabama Forge Council's publication, Bituminous Bits, and forgemaster of the local forge. He is a member of the Southern Highland Craft Guild, American Craft Council, and the Roycrafters-At-Large-Association, where he is a Roycraft artisan.
