Wild Vine Baskets
November 16-18, 2012 (Weekend)
Instructor: Mary Doornbos
Tuition: $320.00
Explore the Appalachian structure of ribbed basketry using prepared grapevine as the armature, along with dyed or stained reed weavers. Learn to identify various vines that are useful for basketry and finish at least one wallhanging or gathering basket—each will be unique.
