The Art of the Seasonal Dinner Party
Cooking
September 30-October 5, 2012 (Sunday-Friday Session)
Instructor: Stephanie Burnette
Tuition: $508.00
Savor the season and learn secrets to entertaining with ease. We’ll complete two, four-course “dinner parties” including planning & prep, table setting, cooking & timing, and serving. Use regional ingredients in delicious ways—Deviled Eggs with Chow Chow, meats glazed with Berry-gingered Balsamic, Grits & Greens, and much more, including hot beverages and sweets. Share the flavor of the Carolinas with your family and friends! All levels welcome.
