Spoons, Spreaders, & Scoops
July 8-10, 2011 (Weekend)
Instructor: Frank Boyd
Tuition: $308.00
Spoons, spreaders, and scoops are not only useful in
the kitchen, but also make wonderful gifts and are
surprisingly easy to carve. Each student will complete
a basic project, and then design their own pieces and bring them to useful life—an ideal setting for beginners and an enjoyable class for more advanced carvers. Special emphasis will be given to carving safety and basic sharpening techniques for woodcarving tools, and additional resources will be provided.
