Torch-fired Enameled Assemblages
Enameling
October 29-31, 2010 (Weekend)
Instructor: Steve Artz
Tuition: $299.00
Torch firing is a fast, easy, and economical way of firing smaller pieces of enamel work without a kiln. You can actually observe the fusion of enamel and metal firsthand, watching color develop literally in front of your eyes. We will be using workshop-type torches and fuels on thinner copper with some metal manipulation and texturing. All levels welcome to come and play with fire!
