The Alexander Technique for Artists and Musicians
Music, Unique Offerings
January 25-27, 2008 (Weekend)
Instructor: Christina Myers
Tuition: $270.00
Do you experience pain, tension or stiffness related to working at your craft or music? Do you get relief through bodywork only to have the same aches reappear? The Alexander Technique can help you discover how to relieve chronic muscular tension and pain from your body by teaching you how to recognize and change your habits of movement. Learn skills to relieve pain and tension and to prevent difficulties before pain develops. Gain the ability to soothe your own nervous system, release your own muscles, and balance your own structure. Any "body" can take this class!
