January 17-22, 2010 (Sunday-Friday Session)
Advanced Week
Instructors: Norman Kennedy, Martha Owen
Tuition: $527.00
Beyond-beginning students comfortable with their own spinning equipment will re-explore everything from fiber preparation to hand position in a historical and worldwide cultural context. Discover the efficient use of equipment used in producing yarn for weaving and knitting in centuries past. You may bring antique equipment for expert assistance or for curiosity’s sake. Recent spinning experience required.
